This valve integrates a ‌double parallel flow architecture‌ (with optional cross flow configuration), ensuring uninterrupted functionality even if one valve fails.

Steel welded slide and iron-casting slide (for small size presses), 8-sided guide rails, with lengthened bronze plates, high precision.

Ball-screw for slide adjust, netrogen treament. Smooth adjustment of die height. Iron castion connection rod, with bronze bush.

Steel plate bolster, surface grinding. T-slots for die clamps, U slots for die lifters, and die position pin holes can be custom.

Cam Controller

This pneumatic pump can pump hydraulic oil into the slide. It will stop the press if overload to protect the crankshaft and the stamping dies.

Motorized grease pump, pump the grease to lubricant points with a distributor. Lubricant frequency can be programmed on the HMI.

Cam controller with rotary encoder. Transmit the signals of PLC. Automation I/O available. Cam starts and ends angles can be adjusted.

Packing & Delivery

Package with Steel Pallet

The press lies down on a specific steel palllet. The pallet is fixed on the press with bolts and nuts. There are sling holes on the press body for crane lifting. Press is covered with water-proof cover.
 
Plywood box package is optional. JW36-110, JW36-160, and JW36-200 presses can be shipped by 20ft/40ft flat rack. Bigger sizes presses must be shipped by bulk vessel. Under deck is better for safety.

Shipment assembly for easier installation. Need to remove the air-tank and clutch fence to low down the height of JW36-500 press and JW36-630 press. Electrtic box is packed separately.

Delivery time: Standard press 60-90 days. Custom press 90-120 days.
