Structural characteristics and technical description of the equipment:

This equipment is designed for the production of metal products using hot stamping.
The press consists of body, transmission system (including eccentric shaft), ram height adjustment mechanism, lower ejector mechanism, upper ejector mechanism, connecting rod, cam adjuster, balancing system, lubrication system, pneumatic system, guide rail, clutch, brake, motor and its bracket.
The body is a one-piece or one-piece structure welded from high-quality sheet steel, with a choice of bevel shape and weld size, using gas-shielded welding. After welding, annealing is carried out to eliminate internal stress in welded parts, and after annealing, sandblasting.
There is a maintenance platform on the top of the press.
The transmission system includes main motor, belt, flywheel, eccentric shaft, discharge sleeve. Eccentric shaft is the main part of power transmission, made of alloy forged steel, should not have any forging defects, should be checked after forging, rounded corners are polished with surface protection measures to avoid corrosion.
The clutch uses a friction block design to greatly improve torque force.
The slider body is made of cast steel.
The mold height adjustment device is installed on the slider, and the adjustment value can be read by the mechanical indicator, the display accuracy of the mold height indicator is 0.1mm.
The upper ejector adopts hydraulic multi-position ejector, hydraulic cylinders are installed on both sides of the slider, relying on the expansion and contraction of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder to achieve the ejecting action according to the needs of the production process.
The lower ejector adopts hydraulic multi-position ejector, the ejection force is transmitted to the lower ejector rod through the hydraulic device.
The balancer is installed on the upper part of the frame. The air pressure in the balance cylinder is enough to balance the weight of the slider, connecting rod and the installed mold, eliminate the clearance of the bushings at each location of the main transmission system, reduce the impact, and thus extend the service life of each part. The working air pressure in the balance cylinder can be adjusted manually.
A device with a second-degree differential detection function to prevent the phenomenon continuous operation of the machine in single-operation mode.
The lubrication system consists of automatic and manual lubrication. Automatic lubrication is carried out thick oil; manual lubrication is optional; lubrication system is equipped with an alarm detection of high and low oil levels and oil contamination alarm.
