This valve integrates a ‌double parallel flow architecture‌ (with optional cross flow configuration), ensuring uninterrupted functionality even if one valve fails.

Cam Controller

This pneumatic pump can pump hydraulic oil into the slide. It will stop the press if overload to protect the crankshaft and the stamping dies.

Motorized grease pump, pump the grease to lubricant points with a distributor. Lubricant frequency can be programmed on the HMI.

Cam controller with rotary encoder. Transmit the signals of PLC. Automation I/O available. Cam starts and ends angles can be adjusted.

Packing & Delivery

Package with Steel Pallet

The press lies down on a specific steel palllet. The pallet is fixed on the press with bolts and nuts. There are sling holes on the press body for crane lifting. Press is covered with water-proof cover.
 
Plywood box package is optional. Press can be loaded in container (20GP general container for 25t, 45T, 60T, 80T, 100T, 125T. 40HQ container for 160T, 200T. 20FT open top container for 250T, 315T. 20FT flat rack for 400T press.

Delivery time: Standard press 30-45 days. Custom press 60 days.
