Engineering loader

Details: 

1) Cummins engine, 130HP, 6 cylinders, 4 strokes, water cooling, turbocharged, global warranty. ZL50 planetary type gearbox with hydraulic converter, 2 forward and 1 reverse speeds, same as 5ton wheel loader, stronger for heavy duty. Hydraulic power shift. Strong axles with caliper type service brake.

2) The robotically welded two-piece structural frame design provides a rugged and reliable foundation for the machine that improves stability, performance, and serviceability. A robust articulating hitch system joins the front and rear frames improving durability. Enhanced line routings across the hitch joint streamline the manufacturing process and improve reliability and durability.

3) Strong structural parts are all produced by WORLD. All the parts are high quality welded. The ball blasting and vibration treatment can release the welding stress. UT (Ultrasonic Testing) to inspect the welding defect. It will form a lot of small pits on the surface after blasting and it will improve the paint adhesion.

4)  The strong axle uses a main reducer and two hub reducers which are connected by two shafts. The main reducer uses bevel gears and the hub reducer uses planet gears. Dry type caliper brake uses a brake shoe with a brake disc. It is better for maintenance and radiation.

5) The radiating area of the high quality radiator is added for better radiation. The temperature of the engine and the transmission can be controlled under the temperature limits. It extends the service life both of the engine and the transmission. And it reduces the oil leak of the hoses and meanwhile the service life of hoses is extended too.
